Terms of Use

Last updated August 21, 2026. By using Neon Snake Arena you agree to the terms below. They are short because the game is small: it is a free single-page arcade game that runs entirely in your browser.

The game is free

Neon Snake Arena costs nothing. There is no account, no subscription, no in-game purchase, and no advertising. Nothing is offered for sale on this site.

Your data stays with you

The game stores your best score per mode, your last five runs, your sound setting, and your last selected mode in your browser's localStorage. It collects no personal data and transmits none. The Privacy Policy lists exactly which keys are written. Because scores live only on your device, they can be lost if you clear site data, switch browsers, or use a different device, and they cannot be recovered.

Acceptable use

Play the game as you like. Do not attempt to disrupt the service for other visitors, and do not present the game as your own work when redistributing it. Scores are unverified local values with no prize or standing attached, so modifying them affects nobody but you.

Availability and changes

The game is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this game. It may be updated, moved, or taken offline at any time without notice.

Governing terms

These terms are written for a general audience in the United States and are interpreted under United States law. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law.

How this was built

Neon Snake Arena was generated from a single prompt by Quodara, an AI agent platform that turns one prompt into a deployed web app. The build is documented on the showcase page for this build.
